How Draftiva works
Paste the job. Draftiva reads it closely.
Drop in the job description or a link. It is broken down into the requirements that actually matter, so you see what the employer is really asking for.
See your fit, and answer only what matters.
Each requirement is marked as met, partly met, missing, or unknown. For the unknowns, you get a few short questions. Nothing is assumed on your behalf.
Get a CV that is tailored and true.
Your confirmed facts are shaped around the role. Edit any line, pick a style, and export a PDF you can stand behind.
One claim, from question to CV line.
An illustrative example with placeholder details. Every line on your CV traces back to something you confirmed.
- The role asks for: Experience with containerized applications.
- Draftiva asks: Have you worked with Docker? Where, and for how long?
- You confirm: Yes, for two years at Company A, on three internal services.
- Your CV says: Deployed three internal services with Docker at Company A.
If you skip the question, the line stays off your CV. Unknown never becomes yes.
Frequently asked questions
Will it make things up to make me look better?
No. Draftiva only writes from facts you have confirmed or that come from your own documents. When something is unclear it asks you, and unknown never gets treated as “no” or “yes”.
How is this different from asking a general chatbot for a CV?
A chatbot writes whatever sounds good. Draftiva keeps a reusable profile as the source of truth, compares it with each job, and asks you about the gaps before anything is written.
Do I have to start from scratch for every job?
No. Build your profile once. For each new job, Draftiva reuses it and asks only the questions that job needs.
Do I need an account?
Yes, a free account is needed to analyze a job and generate a CV. No card is needed.
What can I upload?
A CV as a PDF, Word (.docx), or plain text file, up to 10 MB. You can also start from scratch and build your profile by hand.
Will the CV pass applicant tracking systems?
There is an ATS Clean style with a simple single-column layout and real, selectable text, made for automated screening. Other styles are there when a person will read it.
Is my information private?
Your profile, jobs, answers, and CVs belong to your account and are not visible to other users. The text needed to analyze a job and write your CV is sent to AI providers through OpenRouter. We don’t sell your CV or profile to employers or recruiters, and you can delete your account in Settings. Read the Privacy Policy for the details.
What does it cost?
